The main attraction of Herend, a small town home to the world-famous Porcelain Manufactory, is the imposing Porcelanium Visitor Center, where visitors can learn about the background of the creation of the world-famous luxury porcelan in a fun yet deep dive.

The mission of the Herend Porcelain Manufactory is to promote this production technology, which requires special expertise and experience, in addition to producing quality, handmade and painted porcelain, and to preserve and pass on the traditions of applied arts.

The 3D film, screened in the Minimanufactory, is a short journey into the world of Herend porcelain, and then in the technological showrooms experienced masters of the profession show their work live. And if you want to become a master porcelain maker yourself , if only for a short time, you can get your hands on a raw porcelain mass or a painting brush, the workshops will give you space to create!

After the visit, the Apicius Restaurant and Café awaits its guests. In the restaurant you can choose from a variety of dishes served on a Herend porcelain table setting, while in the café you can choose from a variety of coffee and tea specialties.
